    Hello everyone,

What DEI topics would you be interested in learning about or find valuable for your work?

Thank you for this forum and for the group. I would like to talk about travel and people of color. The participation rate in our Duke program is not aligned with the proportion of People of Color in the age range of our constituency. How do we reach this constituency and inspire confidence in the genuineness and safety of the group and offerings? And if you look at the Planner community, most of us are white. Also, most operators are white-owned and also by white men. How do we attract a more diverse membership? I wonder if this is a challenge and goal that others have and would like to discuss and share insights. – Beth Ray-Schroeder, director, Duke Travels
