All DOS displaying during ETC 2020 must use the Chattanooga Convention Center’s shipping instructions. ETC’s event can be found on the Chattanooga Convention Center’s Exhibitor’s Resources page: 

• Go to the Chattanooga Convention Center website
• Select ‘Educational Travel Consortium” from the list of Event Names
• Select one of the four options for shipping your materials to Chattanooga
• Complete the form, including payment
• Submit the form and check your email for confirmation

All DOS with display space in ETC’s International Bazaar must complete the form and pay for their boxes on the Chattanooga Convention Center website for their shipment to be received by the Convention Center.

CONNECTS are business-to-business (B-2-B) meetings and an integral part of the annual conference! However, CONNECTS does not operate within a commercial trade show format.

CONNECTS is a networking and meeting platform designed to address product development challenges, identify new product offerings, stimulate conversation about global destinations, and share perspectives and ideas specific to educational travel.

The CONNECTS scheduler opens approximately one month before the conference.

The International Bazaar is also the exhibition space for tour operators, destinations, and travel suppliers as well as the festive promotional exhibits of the official Conference Partners on Partners’ Boulevard.  Here you’ll find corner lounges, refreshment breaks, CONNECTS meetings, complimentary coffee, and deli cart lunches.

• Secure destination information relevant to planning present and future programs.

Exhibit space, including a table, chairs and table-top sign, is included in the registration fee for Destinations, Operators, and Suppliers.

Benefits include upgraded location and larger display space in the International Bazaar—the most heavily trafficked area just for sponsors – in addition to specialized benefits attached to specific sponsored venues. Square footage of display space varies with investment level (1 to 7 star levels) and venue choice. Many of the featured sponsor venues are available for co-sponsorship by one or more entities. ETC confirms requests for sponsorship on a first-paid basis. Many sponsor venues are renewed annually by longstanding partners. In addition to the published listing of sponsor venues, ETC also customizes online visibility to align with a sponsor’s objectives.
