All DOS displaying during ETC 2020 must use the Chattanooga Convention Center’s shipping instructions. ETC’s event can be found on the Chattanooga Convention Center’s Exhibitor’s Resources page:
- Go to the Chattanooga Convention Center website
- Select ‘Educational Travel Consortium” from the list of Event Names
- Select one of the four options for shipping your materials to Chattanooga
- Complete the form, including payment
- Submit the form and check your email for confirmation
All DOS with display space in ETC’s International Bazaar must complete the form and pay for their boxes on the Chattanooga Convention Center website for their shipment to be received by the Convention Center.
