How are you handling the situation with Travelers? Refunds? Deferrals?[L]

My biggest question now is how operators have been handling the situation with travelers. Are they allowing trips to be deferred to a later date penalty free? Or cancelling and refunding? Not offering refunds? We have a trip in 9 days for a dive liveaboard in Indonesia and are exploring all options about the trip going, being cancelled or being deferred, so understanding how others are handling is always helpful info. I’m more worried about people getting home after the trip in light of quarantines and rolling suspensions of certain flight paths.
